Where do we deliver?
Currently we deliver across the UAE region. In the future, we will be working on delivering to other countries.
How much is the delivery cost?
For all orders within the UAE, the delivery fee is 30 AED. For orders above 250 AED the delivery fee is FREE.
How long is the delivery?
Once your order is accepted, it will take maximum of 5-7 working days for the photo books reach at your doorstep.
How do we deliver?
At Instorya, we ensure that you recieve your photo books on time. We use a competent third party courier company to fulfill your order.
Delivery for Multiple Orders?
For the multiple orders that are confirmed at the same date, we will try our best to deliver within 5-7 working days. If the multiple orders are confirmed on different dates, the delivery will be within 5-7 working days of each of the respective confirmed date.
Multiple orders may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
What if I have issues on the delivery?
You can request disputes or chargeback within 36 months. Please keep a proof of delivery
receipt signed and/ or received by you.
How do I place an order?
You can place your photo book order from our Instorya App (http://instorya.app.link/ArfLtHBkq9) which can be downloaded from your hand held device from iPhone App Store or Google Play Store.
How to create my Instorya Photobook?
From the Instorya App on your hand held device:
1. Sign into your Instorya account.
2. From your Home screen, tap the blue “+” sign at the bottom of your screen.
3. Tap " Create Photo Book"
4. You can choose between 6x6 or 8x8 then "Create Photo Book".
5. Choose a photo source from which to pull your pictures.
6. Tap the photos you’d like to have added.
7. Tap "Add" at the top of the screen and your photos will be placed into your new Custom Book!
8. Allow a minute or two for your photos to fully sync into your new Custom Instorya.
To add a unique title, tap on the setting button at the top of your screen. This will open your book’s settings where you can edit the spine title.
How to order and send it as a gift?
You can place an order from our Instorya App and address the shipping to your love ones.
What if I’m not happy with my photo book?
At Instorya, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you aren’t happy with your photo book our customer service would be happy to assist you. You may send us an email at email@example.com or send us a WhatsApp at +971 58 579 7365 with the details of your order.
I'm worried about the image quality and sizing
Instorya never crops photos (other than the photos on the covers) unless the customer chooses to do so. The only reason photos in Instorya may appear square is if you post a square photo to Instagram. Similarly, photos uploaded from camera roll will print just how they are uploaded whether that be square, landscape or portrait.
If you want to see how your pictures will look in your Instorya, please view your book preview before placing an order. We will try to flag any photos where the resolution is too low and the print quality will be very poor. If you ever see anything that concerns you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure that your photos are going to print exactly the way you want them!
As a word of warning, Instagram only passes to us images of size 640x640 pixels. This is something we are trying to work with Instagram to improve as it is a very low pixel count and the resulting printed image quality will vary widely depending on how good the original image was.
Can I add foreign language caption?
Yes you can but due to the way captions are formatted when your Instorya go to print, we can only accommodate text written in a left-to-right format. Languages written in a right-to-left format (Arabic, for example), will be off-center and cut off when the final product is produced.
Can softcover Instorya have a title on the spine?
Due to their size, softcover Instorya must have at least 60 pages for the title/date to print on the spine. However, hardcover photo books are wider and therefore, we can print a title/date on the spine with 41 pages or more.
I need my Instorya Photo Boook fast! Can I place a rush on my order?
Yes you can! Upon placing your order just contact email@example.com or WhatsApp at +971 58 579 7365. Just be mindful that the hardcover photobook requires at least 48 hours for the binding to sturdy.
How to delete photos?
Sign in to your Instorya app on your hand-held device.
- Tap on your Book
- Tap on the photo that you wish to delete
- On the upper right corner, tap on "More"
- Seect "Delete Photo"
How to delete the whole draft photo book album?
Sign in to your Instorya app on your hand-held device.
- Tap on your Book
- At the Book Summary page, tap on "Book Settings"
- Tap on "Delete Book"
What is Instorya Series?
Instorya Series are for multiple orders of photo books (minimum of 3) which can be delivered to you all in one time or monthly. You can also choose to pay it all at once or monthly.
Can I add an additional Source to my Instorya Series?
The short answer is: Yes!
You can always go back to Photo Source to get more photos or click "Add more photos" from the layout dashboard.
How do I create an Instorya Series?
Instorya Series is a great way to easily document your memories! Our Series Books are 41 page volumes that are meant to be ongoing. You will choose a source such as Instagram, Facebook, or your Camera Roll. Once your select on this option, Instorya automatically pulls out your first 41 photos of each of your photo album from different photo source and it automatically lays out it for you!
To create your Instorya Series, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Instorya account from your Instorya app.
2. From your Home screen, tap the "Create" at the bottom of your screen.
3. Tap on "Instorya Series".
4. Choose your layout options then tap "Create Photo Book"
5. You can then choose the source from which you would like your photos pulled from.
6. Follow the prompts and watch your photos begin to automatically layout.
7. Once download is done, select which album you wish to confirm.
8. You can always edit each photo album before confirming.
Can I cancel my Instorya Series subscription?
Yes! You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please check Refund & Cancellation for more details.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay your order by our two payment methods:

Refund & Cancellation
What is the Refund Policy?
Instorya is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products, and provides 100% Satisfaction Guarantee* against any manufacturing defects. Refunds and cancellation of order is generally not provided except for cases of process or product malfunction (i.e. workmanship defect, book arrives damaged, product do not match ordered items) Instorya reserves the right at any time to substitute/ change brand as well as material used in production of your book without prior notice. In cases of material shortage, we will substitute by using the next best alternative material of the closest quality and specification.
As the photobooks are assembled by hand, the end result may differ from our mobile app images. Instorya also reserves the right to change or alter any production methods without prior notice. These may or may not result in a slight difference in the final outlook or slight color shifts, while maintaining the same quality and standards.
IMPORTANT: We do NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is already uploaded or confirmed by you. Therefore, it is solely the responsibility of the customer to check thoroughly before ordering their project(s).
Instorya is not responsible for customer-generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors, poor image quality derived from low-resolution images, uploaded incorrect photos, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your books carefully before placing your order. Images and text will be printed as they appear in the Preview. We do not proofread for, or correct, any such customer generated mistakes.
How can I file a Refund?
To file a complaint, kindly contact our customer service by writing to us together with picture of problem/areas of dissatisfaction at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition.
All complaints on defective product(s) must be submitted within 30 days upon receiving your product(s). Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
What if I want to Cancel my Order?
At Instorya, your happinness is our priority. You can cancel your order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
What if I want to Cancel my Instorya Series subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel your Instorya Series subscription order within 24 hours that you placed; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed. Please sent the notice of cancellation to email@example.com.
During the term of your subscription, if you choose not to receive your next photo book for the month, you will still be charged your subscription fee that month, however you will receive your refund of the following month.
In order to avoid being charged for your next month of Instorya Series, you must cancel your subscription at least 14 days before the payment due date.
