Social Media Accounts. If you choose to import your photos using a social media account you may be asked to grant us access to certain information from your social media profile, such as your full name, photographs, and email address. Social media networks operate independently from Instorya, and we are not responsible for social media networks’ interfaces or privacy or security practices. Please refer to the privacy settings of the applicable social media platform or application to determine how you may manage the interactivity between Instorya and your social media account.

Other Information. To personalize your experience and to improve our products and Services, we may ask you to provide us with information about your personal interests, professional interests, demographics and experiences with our products or Services. Providing this additional information is optional. If you elect not to share this information with us, it will not affect your access to the Services. If you participate in community discussions and chats, we will capture that information. The amount and type of information you share voluntarily in these ways, and the decision whether to share posts, and with whom to share them, is always your choice. When you share content from any of your Groups (as defined below), we may collect the email addresses and phone numbers of the recipients of any content you have elected to share with others. We will not disclose these email addresses and phone numbers to any third parties. Please note, however, that these people will be able to forward your email and phone number containing the shared content to other parties, if they choose.

Information We Collect Automatically

In addition to the personal information you may provide to us as described above, we automatically collect certain device and statistical information to allow the Services to work better for you. This information helps us evaluate how users and members use the Service, including by conducting data analysis and internal research to understand how our website is used, auditing the Services, developing new products and services, improving the Services, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.

IP Addresses: IP addresses define the Internet location of your device and help us better understand the geographic distribution of our members and manage the performance of our website. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.

Web logs: We examine Web logs to learn how you use our website, these show the paths people take through our website and how long they spend in certain areas. We also use Web logs to detect the type of Web browser you are using so that we can optimize the performance of our website and understand the mix of browsers used by our members.

When sensitive information (login data, credit card number, expiration date) is provided, encryption is performed using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Though Instorya undertakes the necessary steps to safeguard your Personal Information, do note that Instorya cannot fully eliminate all security risks, and is not liable for any losses that may results from unauthorized use of your credit card by any other third party.

Please note, if you click away from the Services to visit the site of any third-party advertiser or sponsor, you may be asked for your payment card or other personal information in order to purchase or use products and services offered. These companies have their own privacy and data collection practices. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies. Instorya are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from, minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use the site or services, and Instorya requests that minors under the age of 18 not submit any personal information to the website. Since information regarding minors under the age of 18 is not collected, Instorya does not knowingly distribute personal information regarding minors under the age of 18. . Where We Store Your Personal Information

Instorya is located in the UAE and its Services are hosted in the United Kingdom. When we obtain information about you, we may transfer, process, and store such information outside of the country in which you reside, including in the United Kingdom. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer to and processing and storage of your information in countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than those in the country where you reside.

If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. We strongly suggest you review such third party’s privacy policies before providing any data to them. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. The information practices of those Web sites linked to our site is not covered by this Policy. We aim to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time (for a maximum total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of a verifiable consumer request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If you find that your photo product design has been copied or used in any manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and undertake the necessary measures upon obtaining all the required information for verification and authentication.

In order to ensure the security of your information, Instorya will periodically review this Privacy Policy and reserve the right at our sole discretion to update, revise or make modifications to the said policy from time to time.
